Greenfield Academy had grown from a single campus to three in under five years, but its administrative processes had not kept pace. Fee collection was tracked across spreadsheets, and parent communication depended on individual teachers sending updates through whatever channel was convenient at the time.
The Approach
The school rolled out Dzidzo campus by campus, starting with fee management and attendance before adding the parent portal. Staff training was spread across two weeks so each campus had time to adjust before the next module went live.

With over 600 boarding students across four houses, Heritage relied on paper logs for leave requests and room assignments. Tracking who was on campus at any given time required calling around to house parents individually.
